WELCOME TO AMAZON UPRISING

DANCE FLASHMOB PAGE!

Join us on November 16th for an epic dance protest in Downtown LA to demand Big Banks stop funding rainforest destruction.
We’ll march to the doorsteps of Big Banks, with live music from Santigold, Nahko Bear, and Walk the Moon. We’ll get pumped up by speeches from youth activists and Indigenous Leaders as we spark a global movement to protect and restore the rainforests of the world. Welcome to Amazon Uprising!

Nahko Bear, Santigold & Walk the Moon will be performing. There will be Capoeira Roda, street dancers, Indigenous Leaders, performing artists and Climate Leaders, making this a day where we take a stand from a place of joy, creativity and celebration.

JOIN THE DANCE FLASHMOB!

Join a 300 person dance flashmob downtown LA in front of big banks on behalf of preserving the Amazon Rainforest.

This flashmob will be part of a larger dance celebration, gathering thousands of people of all ages who stand care for the Earth and the wellbeing of future generations.

WHY JOIN THIS ACTION?

The Amazon is in a dyer state due to soy and cattle production, oil drilling and logging. Big Banks provide billions in financing these industries which cause rainforest destruction.

We need to rise up.

Today, we must rise up for the Amazon, for our planet, for the indigenous tribes affected, and for future generations.

Join us through the amazing power of dance & community to demand banks divest from companies destroying the rainforest.

YOUR PRESENCE WILL HAVE A DIRECT IMPACT!

For each person who attends the dance action, Good Money, in collaboration with its Amazonian strategic partners, has pledged to save ¼ acre of the Peruvian Amazon.
