On the surface, dancing in the streets might appear as a frivolous, impractical, simplistic and foolish when the world is in crises and so many issues calls our attention. What is the practical value of using our time, energy and attention connecting to each other through movement and music?
Embodying our truth with love, authenticity and fierceness through dance is much more enlightening than it might seem. As Einstein said, “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.” A shift in consciousness is called for humanity to thrive and get back on track at this crucial time in history.
